"What's Your Pitch?"   Elevator Statement Competition

Imagine… you step into an elevator and standing next to you is your dream client.  You have one minute to communicate the value of design and the great job you and your firm could do.   What's your pitch?!

During this fun and participatory session anyone can stand up and speak their pitch.  The most succinct and compelling statements will win thousands of dollars of prizes.

To set the mood we open the session with a video-short of dynamo and deadly pitches.  The core of the session is a competition of one-minute "elevator statements".  Any conference participant can speak, and everyone in the room has a voting card.  We conclude the session with a panel of experts to share their wisdom about what works and doesn't.  Our panelists include: Bruce Nussbaum- Business Week, Katherine Bennett- Art Center of Design, and Brian Roderman- Ignition, Inc.

At a general session 9:15 am Tuesday morning we will play back video clips of the best pitches and award the prizes.
